Doslidno-Vyprobuvalniy Center, a limited liability company, which is abbreviated as D-VС LLC, is one of the largest fire extinguishing powder makers in Ukraine. It has a full cycle of production by grinding, dosing and mixing of dry materials.
The output of PV-1C fire extinguishing powder for powder extinguishers, according to TU U 24.6-31296807-001:2006, which is owned by D-VC, was launched at the Konstantinovka State Chemical Plant in 2011. The recipe and technology of this powder production were worked out at this facility.
Production capacities of Doslidno-Vyprobuvalniy Center LLC have been located in Zaporizhzhia, an industrial part of Ukraine, since 2013. The facility is situated at a distance of 30 km from the main Ukrainian powder fire extinguishers manufacturers, Pozhtechnika LLC and Khladar-Techsoyuz LLC in particular.
The main mark of fire extinguishing powder made at the company is PV-1C intended for extinguishing fire of A, B, C and E grades (TU U 24.6-31296807-001:2006; TU U 20.5-31296807-001:2017).
D-VС LLC is capable of making 1 tph of fire extinguishing powder for powder extinguishers.

The multi-purpose fire extinguishing powder namely PV-1C is fully in line with the requirements of DSTU EN 615:2017. PV-1C is suitable for putting out seats of fires of class A (conventional solid and glowing materials such as wood, paper, cotton, plastic, rubber, etc.), B (flammable liquids), C (flammable gases), electrical equipment under voltage up to 1000 V while firefighting with extinguishers and up to 20 kV in case of using the powder for the refilling of automatic fire extinguishing systems.
PV-1C fire extinguishing powder is a finely dispersed mixture of monoammonium phosphate and anti-caking additives. The fluidity, anti-caking and moisture absorption have been improved through adding extras of water repellent agents, which had a positive effect on the powder performance. (These additives form a protective film on the protected surface, block active surface centers, thus hampering adsorption of water vapor and contact between particles, which leads to caking).
PV-1C fire extinguishing powder is used for refilling portable and mobile fire extinguishers, mobile and stationary installations, including those of impulse action, and dry powder fire trucks.
